• Hosting harmful content — phishing, scams, fake websites
• Resource abuse — excessive CPU, RAM, bandwidth or disk usage
• Copyright violations — pirated software, movies, music
• Adult content involving minors — zero tolerance
• Cryptomining without explicit permission

3. Security Requirements

Users must:

• use strong passwords
• keep software updated
• secure their applications and databases
• avoid exposing sensitive ports publicly
• report security issues immediately

4. Network & Server Abuse

The following actions are forbidden:

• running open proxies or open relays
• port scanning or network probing
• hosting public VPN/proxy services without approval
• attempting to bypass security systems
• using servers for illegal streaming or torrents

5. Fair Use Policy

To ensure stability for all users, EclipsiumX may limit or restrict:

• excessive CPU or RAM usage
• unusual traffic spikes
• abusive scripts or cron jobs
• unlimited bandwidth misuse

6. Enforcement & Penalties

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• warnings
• temporary suspension
• permanent account termination
• legal action if required

Severe violations (malware, DDoS, illegal content) result in immediate termination.
