5. Payments & Billing

All services are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, network issues or external factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

EclipsiumX is not liable for:

• data loss caused by user actions;
• downtime caused by third‑party providers;
• malicious attacks beyond our control;
• incorrect use of services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
